Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Reelym, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Acceptable Use Policy.
2. Your content
You retain ownership of memories you upload. You grant Reelym a limited license to store, process, display, and transform your content solely to operate the service (including AI-generated reels). You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload content and invite others to contribute.
3. Acceptable use
You may not upload illegal content, non-consensual imagery, content that infringes others' rights, malware, or material that harasses or exploits others. See full rules in our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. AI-generated output
Reels and narrations are AI-assisted creative interpretations, not factual records. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial, or estate decisions. See AI Transparency.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans renew automatically via Stripe until cancelled. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Prices may change with notice.
6. Legacy & executor features
Legacy messages, time capsules, and executor kits are planning tools only — not wills, trusts, or legal documents. Consult a licensed attorney for estate planning.
7. Termination
You may delete your account anytime in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose risk to others.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELYM'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
10. Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration except where prohibited by law.
